I have 2 late payments from Capitol one cards back from April of 2019 because i was sick in the hospital so with so much going on i forgot to pay my bill. Does anyone have the address or email to send a GoodWill letter to capital one? Thank you!

Can I please get the number as well? I only have 2 lates from 2015. I still have the account as well and it's been current ever since. I also didn't see the CEO email address in that Bloomberg link. Maybe I missed it though. Any help is appreciated!
