Oh my goodness! I am so ecstatic. Thanks to @Maximus5403, they removed a settled collection account from my reports after initially refusing to a PFD! I didn’t receive a response from them. Just a notification from MyFico that the account was removed from TransUnion. I know it was my email that prompted the removal because they had just updated the account to reflect the settlement a few days prior. My score jumped 18pts. I just need to continue working on Portfolio Recovery and my reports will be collection free!
