Charge Off Question

Quick question about CO deletions.  I just got Synchrony agree to delete a CO from my credit report.  My question is when the CO gets deleted, will the whole account be deleted from the CR?  Or will my late payment marks still be there, just without a CO status? Thank you!

Generally if they agree to remove it the account is removed completely.

By "gettng them to agree," I presume it is a voluntary deletion on their part.

Thus, it is discretionary, and could any of the options.
