This is my last derog, and I'm hoping to have a clean report by removing it. I just sent an e-mail to (what I think is) Chase Executive office, and hopes they can help. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
PS this is paid in full.

Im surprised they repo'd it after being only 60 days late. Usually they repo after 90 dont they?
I spent the entire year of 2013 sending a letter every month to Subaru finance and Chase auto finance to get the one 60 day I have on my loan. No go. I even received a letter from Subaru Finance saying they will no longer respond or acknowledge my letters to their office cause I sent so many and they would not remove the 60 day late.
Maybe they changed staff but I am just going to let it age off.
Don't give up! I'm not... I'm going to try contacting the CRA.
That exact moment, when they responded that they would no longer respond, was the exact moment that you needed to break the dam.
You should have at that point mailed and emailed everyone on your list with your package. You should have filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, CFPB, and decimated them with account information requests: a list of all autopayment starts and stops, interest rate changes, late fees applied and rescinded, phone communications, mailed checks returned to sender, attempts at communications, etc.. You should have forced them to send you anything under the sun that the law required them to send you, and then had them send it to you again. You should have focused this attacked on everyone you could find, except the CEO.
At this same time that the above was happening, you would have been sending the sweetest and most heartbreaking GWs to the CEO.
But yea, you need to start writing again.
