Chase Pay for Delete

So I have seen mixed posts and discussions.
I got great settlement offers with chase, but I want to pay for deletion.  I spoke with them again today and they said they do not participate in pay-for-delete.  

Is this true?  Anyone dealt with them recently?

Yes it's true they won't pay for delete . OC will settle for less but none will delete in most all circumstances.

Chase will not pay for delete.  Most big lenders will not participate in this.  Usually just some CA's

Chase believes credit should be reported accurately. It's the same reason they hard pull for everything even if they have all your info.
