Citi Bank sold all loans to Sallie MAE. I called Citi to see if they would remove a few lates but since they don't have the loans anymore they said go pound sand. Should I now send a GW letter Citi Bank. I;m assuming since they don't have the loans anymore they could care less and will not remove. Any advice would be helpfull thank you.
