I currently have 5(i know i should be ashamed) late payments with citibank, 1 on 1 card and 4 on another all within the last 1.5yrs. I paid off all my balances on my citibank cards (4 total) and sent out (2 days ago) a goodwill letter asking for the late payments to be removed. I just recieved an email from their "executive response unit" stating that they are going to do a thorough review of my accounts and get back to me by dec 18th.
