Its not listed on page 1. No have I've seen this CA. I looked all over their site. Usually they'll say they do to get you to pay. Nothing showed up.Sorry.
Thank you, I didn't see it listed on page 1 either and found their website lacking any information as well. It is one of my two small collections for a $700 medical bill. It doesn't even show up on my EQ report just on TU & EX and it's not due to fall off until 2025.
I can contribute up to date DP's that Firestone CNBA will not do a PFD and my debt to them is a simple $123 dollars. I'm not sure where to post this because the list doesn't appear to be maintained as of now.
I believe I mentioned to you once in a different post 2 of my 4 baddies are Firestone and Kohl's. Unfortunately everything came crashing down for me in 2018 and I let my only 2 open revolving TL's go out the window giving birth to a very sick newborn placed in NICU for 6 months. Who cared about bills! And I am nurse making it that much more intense. So $123 (Firestone) I guess gets to stay on my reports but I paid it off a few days ago. But it still looks ridiculous to me and to future creditors. SMH.
The good news is LVNV does a PFD also like you said. Thx. 🙂
Now to see if Kohl's/Cap1 will...they can't be too upset over a $700 charge off because Cap1 approved me for their secured Platinum card.
The medical collections will be removed under newer law once paid regardless of CA's policies.

@pfries911 I just googled this and my goodness how right you are! Thank you! My score should show a wonderful uptick and improvement with this being the law after paying an old bill for $700. Here is a link that I found that may help others with clarification like it has for me. I thought the new law was only for medical debt under $500 when in fact it also includes medical debt you have already paid stating that ones you pay should be removed as well.
I can confirm Debt Recovery Solutions does PFD if paid in full.
My experience with South West credit system is that they will not PFD.
Do you have to pay the entire balance to get a pay for delete or will they settle for a lesser amount?
I believe most of them will settle. I've heard stories of some wanting the full payment for the deletion. It just depends on the CA
I could't find any information on NCB as far as PFD but I can confirm that will do a Good Will delete as I was successful in getting a paid collections removed from Equifax by this method. Submitted the request on 9/7 and was deleted from my report on 9/13. I got no response from the request, they just did it behind the scenes.

It depends on the collection agency.
