Collection for Tollway Fee...do they report to CRA's?

I received a letter from Professional Account Management LLC stating they are now collecting for the Tollway fees that I owe.  My kid probably used my car since the tollway authority it's collecting for is near his college. It says I owe $54.  I just checked and it's not on any of my CR's.  I want to pay and it not appear on my CR's. Do they report this to the CRA's ? If I go online and pay will they not report it?

Tolls fees are not placed on your credit report as part of the 3 CRA's National Consumer Assistance Plan.
