Collections Agency reporting as open account?

One of my collections is reporting kinda weird - I am going to pay this, but is this reporting incorrect?

Should I ask them to list it as a collections account  when I contact them or does that hurt me more?

The Chadwicks card is listed correctly as a charge off CC account on a seperate line of its own.

Yes, all collections are Open until the debt is either satisfied of the collection terminated.

Not to be confused with the type of credit on the OC account, which can be revolving, installment, or open-type.

Hmmmmm

Thats odd, the other 2 collections accounts I have on this report list "Collections Account" in that space, whereas my open and updated credit cards are listed as "Open"....

(Both of the other 2 look like this)
