I'm still playing with the idea of how to best attack my Portfolio Recovery TL. I'm wondering if it would be better rec'vd if I mixed in a GW story into the PFD request. Stating that I would be paying the complete balance either way but that I have learned my lesson, am working to improve my credit and better myself financially to be able to buy a house and get better prepared for my son starting college in a couple of years. If they would please consider deleting the TL once paid off.
Does this sound acceptable or am I doing a no-no?
I have two accounts with Portfolio and I have sent them PRD and DV with no responses to either. I also sent them and email. I dont know if others where able to get responses via letter but I havent been able to.
