Had a collection from comcast and both comcast and the CA they were dealing with agreed to delete the collection. I got the confirmation letter from the CA today that comcast has advised them to delete this from my credit reports. !

CA was Enhanced Recovery. They sent me a letter yesterday telling me that they have sent a letter to all 3 bureaus to have this account deleted from my reports..YAY !!

Can you advise who you spoke with? I have a Comcast collection but it's w/a different collection agency who won't agree to PFD. Comcast still owns the account so I'm not sure what I should do or who I should pay.
