Could I get secured Nasa FCU loan with public record?

I have a public record that's bad, an old state tax lien. I'll be taking care of the lien soon, but I'd really like to get the Nasa FCU SSL even sooner. (For mortgage in a year, I must start gardening soon.) Anyone know if they would deny me for membership because of the lien? Or would they allow it because I have good DTI otherwise, good AAoA, etc? My EX FICO 8 is 692 but I expect it to go up by the end of the month.

It's on my Lexis Nexis report and not others. I found a thread saying someone got denied because of what was on their Lexis Nexis.
