I saw some other posts about getting the CEO's address so I decided to try myself.
I emailed my GW request to CEO on 12-5-15. On 12-7-15, asst emailed back stating they can't respond by email but would get back to me in writing. Then I got a letter dated 12-14-15 stating they were removing the TL!
I was shocked - I checked by 3 credit reports and Credit One is gone from them all! I can't believe it. My husband has a Credit One CO too so now we are gonna email them from him and hope he gets the same treatment.
