Credit One Goodwill Success…kind of?

Question?  I sent a letter and then emailed about a week later, never heard anything on about the letter but got an email saying they would remove lates just the other day. Well, I got online and they had documents stating they were declining my Goodwill? It was dated today? Could that have been from my letter and not the email?

Welcome. Hard to pin down. Credit1 has done well with GW's. But nothing is a 100% with them. Wait and see. Better chances if the account is still open. They dont like losing anyone.
