I am having the same problem...when I write to credit one. they sent me a letter stating they dont have the account.  And gave Resurgent as the person to contact.

Someone, anyone, everyone, please, please, please share the love with the creditone info I have been trying to get the email address to any higher up that would help me get a negative TL off my credit report. So I it's not a problem can someone PM me the email address that has gotten you some success.

Wow great job.. could I get some  info. that everyone else is asking for about credit one.....and if you didnt know LVNV is a company of Sherman which also owns Credit one.
