Is there any basis on the information for disputes above? Also Ive been trying to do online disputes with experian and equifax however it always prompts me with an error and tells me to call them in, is there any way to fix this?
Thanks again guys for all the good info.
Unfortunately I didnt have any special way to remove PRA, I wish i did so i can share it with everyone. I was lucky enough that my free annual credit reports were showing different DOFDs on the account and thats the basis I used for disputing. Signed up for CCT and these are the scores it came up with.
The Autotrakk you could try to dispute for the DoFD again. the eq one you can since it was not a credit card.
The first premiere i'm not sure on other than not owed? maybe?
Honestly calling in, can be better to plead your case, but to each there own. not sure how to fix the online part unless you are just trying to request a dispute before the previous one has finished.
Most wont put it in writing. If they agree to recall for the payment they typically follow through. If they fail to do so then a complaint to the BBB for shoddy business practices may result in them fulfilling their agreements. T mobile is known for being pretty good at following through.
