Credit monitoring and myfico question

What credit monitor would you recommend and whats the service cost and benefits. also if I purchase a myfico score here for 19.95$ does that come with a credit report?
Myfico (7/16/14): EQ:736, EX:678(Prosper 7/16/14), TU:691(5/29/14)

July 2013 score:
EQ FICO 819, TU08 778, EX "806 lender pull 07/26/2013

EQ:809 TU 777 EX 790 Now it's just garden time!

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.

And to add, if you are shelling out $19.95, then you're purchasing the FICO Standard one-time report product of your choosing (EX, TU, or EQ). That comes with your CR and your corresponding FICO. The report isn't as detailed as the CRA's but similar to any other 3rd-party report product out there. None of the soft inquries, full 7-yr payment history, etc.  show. It does show all of your TLs for that report, the last 2 active years of payment history, hard inquries, FICO score, pos/neg scoring factors, etc.
