Nice that i found this thread.
I am about to send an email out myself to see if i can remove 2 late fees.
Opened CreditOneBank account on Nov 2014 and till now i have 2 late payments in Feb & March 2018, it say 30-59 day's late in creditkarma witch i think i paid 1,2 days late after the due date and this is because of their system,as it used to take for ever to process as standard payment.
Any advice on writing the email, or just compose kind tell them what happen.
