Creditor Reporting CO Monthly

Hello,

I was wondering if this type of activity on a charge off is legal, and if I can dispute the additional CO reports from the original?

The "On record until" date is correct, but it seems by them reporting this as a CO each month it is impacting my score more than if it was unreported.

You censored the balance, but assuming this account still has an outstanding balance, then yes, it is perfectly legal for them to keep reporting CO every month until the account is either paid or falls off after the 7 year derogatory reporting period.
