Creditors that pull all 3

If a Creditor pulls all 3 credit reports, would they deny an application if one of the credit reports is frozen?

We cant discuss that. Cap1 pulls all 3. If your interested in a card. Thaw all reports for a day. I do auto-freeze the next day.

Is this 3 seprate Cap 1 HPs.... that hit fico score for each CRA ?

That's correct, Cap1 hits all three CRs when you apply, which records an inquiry on each and corresponding FICO score hit.
