DV Dispute Response?

I requested DV on a few old CO accounts and I specificially asked for my signature on the original agreement.  However, all the CA does is just send me the same details (name/address/amount).

Is that simply all they have to provide or do they have to provide a signature like I asked?

Thanks!

They dont have to provide much on a DV to validate; name, OC and amount is sufficient. They dont have to provide a signed contract.

Re: DV Dispute Response?

I guess that's frustrating as I'd like to see the signature as I do not recall some of these accounts that were opened. I believe my ex-wife may have used my info and the signature would tell me a lot.

I didn't want to go through identity theft if I wasn't 100% sure.
