No, I misread your question.
If Midland is reporting, they get a DV. (only one,doesn't matter how many reports they are on)
If AFNI is reporting, they get a DV. (only one)
If NCO is reporting, they get a DV.(only one)
The only time to send one particular CA more than one DV would be if they are reporting multiple debts.
