DV Medical Collection

I need to DV a medical collection.  Can anyone here provide me with an example of what I should send?  And does the DV go to the OC or the CA?  Thanks.

You always DV the CA. This is a med collection, so WHY do you want to do this? To rid yourself of med collections (paid or unpaid), use the HIPAA letter process. DV a CA for med collection is a last resort.

I have a collection agency calling me about some bill that I owe.  They aren't sending me any documents to what I owe, they are just threatening to send my file to an attorney.  I want to know what this is for.  They just say it is for medical bills.  What should I do?

So, they have not told you who the OC is and the amount that is owed?

That is correct, they just send me a bill of theirs listing an amount and that is it.  I have no idea otherwise.  But they aren't on my credit report so what else should I do?
