Debt Collector Calling!

Ok, this is what I am facing GMC Debt Services is calling me about a $3000 debt I know nothing about.  The debt does not show on my report and I have no idea what to do.  Please help?

MAIL them a DV letter.  Also in the letter tell them to stop calling you, to only communicate with you through the United States Postal Service.
