Discover Goodwill - 1st response received

After researching this topic on the forum, I decided to pursue my first goodwill letter to tackle my credit scores since I'm re-rebuilding. 

 

I emailed my request to Discover on Wednesday and received a reply yesterday from the Executive Office of Customer Advocacy.  The reply stated that my request was forwarded to their office to ensure my concerns were properly addressed, and an investigation would occur. 

I was happy to simply receive an acknowledgement.  

 

In my letter, I requested a goodwill adjustment to remove two late payments.  I had a total of 4 from 2017-2018.  I didn't know if they would have been less inclined to respond if I'd requested the removal of all 4 lates.

 

Fingers crossed.
