I filed Chapter 13 in Nov 2013 and my mortgage company sold me off to Greentree in Apr 2014. Greentree later became Ditech...
MyFico report for experian is showing 1 30 day late payment for Ditech that occurred on Nov 2013 so I went to the online dispute for Experian and they don't show any payments at all for that account. Since I never reaffirmed the loan I believe this to be correct even though I did not include my mortgage my lawyer said it is done so automatically.
So, my questions are:
1. How can I have been late for a loan I was no longer responsible for and at a time when the lender didn't even know I existed?
2. Could MyFico report be incorrect or should I file a dispute with Experian just in case?

Derogs that occured prior to discharge of BK are still properly reported.
It is similar to the continued reporting of delinquencies on an account that is paid or returned to good standing. Discharge of the debt does not obviate the fact of prior derogs.
The owner of the loan can include payment history prior to their purchase provided the reporting is not also provided by the prior creditor.
I do not see an inaccuracy in reporting.
The issue I have is that I have never been late on my mortgage and MyFico is only showing Experian as having this derog.
I don't see this late payment on MyFico for TU or EQ and I don't see it on Experian's site either???
I can't even see a payment history for my mortgage from this company at Experian so how is MyFico showing it as a late payment in Nov 2013?
I understand that late payments will not go away. My main question is why is MyFico showing the late payment as being reported by Experian but I don't even have a payment history on Experian's own site?

You would need to get raw copies of your credit reports either from annualcreditreports.com or purchase them from the CRA's to see what is actually on your reports the reports from monitoring sites are not complete reports.
