Dispute comments reappear

I need to remove dispute remarks before I apply for a mortgage. I called all 3 Credit bureaus and they all said no problem. But I have had to call each one back at least 2 more times because the comments keep getting put back on. Equifax took off the remarks last week for my auto loan, and now the comments are back on. Has anyone else had this problem?

Is the "dispute comment" you are referring to the statement that a dispute was filed, or that you filed an additional statement contesting the finding of the dispute after it was concluded?  Very different "comments."
