Disputing incorrect information a second time

Hi,

I had a couple of items that were updated because of disputes. Now they are at a point where they should be removed. When I went to do a dispute online, I receive a message stating that I had already disputed this item previously and I need to contact the creditor? Should I call the credit company to let them know I am just stating it is past a certain point?

I'd love to know the answer to this, too. I was going to fax my 2nd dispute to the credit bureaus (hopefully I can find their fax number).

Call them instead of doing it online. Fairly quick and painless.
