Do the "FP"s impact your score??

 I have a 5 credit cards that were charged off in 2013, so basically Feb 2013 shows 90 days late, March 2013 shows 120 days late... and then from April 2013 to know they show as Failed to Pay... will all of those also fall off Feb 2020?

That depends on DOFD. You can find out the day by looking at your copies of free annual credit report. 

CRAs will remove those accounts no later than 7.5 years after DOFD, usually around seven year mark.
