I subscribe to experian monitoring. I called the customer service number 1-866-617-1894 that’s in the app. When they picked up they mentioned my 9.99/month plan and thanked me. She wasn’t able to help herself but transferred me to the correct department. All said it was around 5 minute call. Not sure if it helps if u subscribe or not. But the other numbers I called I found online I was on wternal hold.
