EOS CCA - AT&T Bill

Hello,

I am interested in finding someone on this forum who dealt with EOS CCA successfully.  You can PM me if you'd rather.   I had read a lot of horror stories on the BBB and Consumer Affair website about them and was wondering if there was a back door contact for these folks as talking to CSR's and letters don't seem to get much of a response?  

I just received an offer letter to settle for 500.00 on a bill that is over 5 years old a few days ago and mulling to pay it off to get rid of it.  I have DV'ed them already and they verified with the CRA's.   So now, I have a chance to settle for $500 and was wondering what my chances are for a PFD.

I actually just disputed this account thru credit karma on both TU and EQ. They were deleted. It's still showing on Experian and I'm working on disputing with them. Mine was also about 5-6 years old.

Congrats, I wasn't as lucky, the verified it.   Oh well....
