I have copies of deletion letters in hand that I sent to Equifax and they still say that they verified the account in the disputes and they will not remove my CA and CO. What should I do. This is really pissing me off! Experian has already deleted the accounts. TU is TU and is slow as hell. EQ is now telling me I have to refile new dispute and wait another 30 days.
I need help! What should I do next?
i understand your frustration. are you initiating this dispute online? have you contacted the creditor or ca whom you have the agreement with and ask if they submitted the request for deletion? also how long ago did this agreement happen?

The oldest one is from June 25, 2012, the newest one is July 5, 2012. I have sent the deletion letters to CRA's. The CO and CA have verfied that they sent eOscar notices to all CRA's. The CA has been removed already from both TU and EX but not EQ. The CO has been only from EX (this is the July 5 one and the CO said to give 7-10 days. I did but it was still on there so I filed the dispute on Monday afternoon.)
I initiated the dispute via phone and faxed documents.
I just sent email to BBB in Atlanta with copies of the deletion letters and the dispute numbers. This is insane. EQ removed the damn CA and then they stuck it back on!
I'm fairly certain, since documents can easily be doctored, that they will not remove the TL based on your paperwork alone.
The OC will have to submit the paperwork for you. At least, that's my guess anyways.
oh wow now i really understand your frustration especially after they deleted something then stuck it back on! reason i asked how long ago did this agreement for delete happen is cause both times ive done a pfd with letter from ca in hand i was told from both ca's that it can take up to 45 days for the cra to act on it
I gave them contact numbers for the people. They just had to friggin call them. The documents were emailed and faxed to me. I can provide meta-data that confirms that it came directly from the CA and CO.

i agree. in my case i would just kindly remind the ca of our agreement then see what happens
I am at it with them too. They deleted the account i disputed, but they also opened up a new dispute when i faxed something in 1 week into the dispute and THIS time they said they verified it belongs to me. I called them and after 20 min, they said they removed it. I hate them so much
What urks me is they claimed to have investigated and verfied the info...BS! Im going to file BBB complaint. Let them do the work for me. The CA has sent the eOscar notice twice already!

all they did was verify the account does at this time belong to you. they are dumb they all are (cra's) i disputed a balance with them a while back and all they did was respond with we verified this account belongs to you. who knows maybe them investigating the pfd spooked the ca and they denied it and veriefied your account? hopefully you get this resolved i know how you feel, you want to see your score improve now! good luck to you
