Could you share some more background? I have a derogatory collection with ERC which I PIF and I'm hoping to get it removed.
I PIF back in February. I attempted to call them and that didn't work. I googled who the ceos were and then emailed every person I found with a goodwill letter explaining my situation. I inboxed you the emails btw
