Might be a stupid question, but are the dates listed on these reports the 7.5 years from DOFD...does anything fall off before that without asking?

Most CRA's will remove negative listings .5 years early, or 7 years from DOFD to avoid any possibility of violating the law.  Some use soft/purge dates which is them already removing it early.  Some use hard dates which is the absolute latest it can be reported (within 30 days).  That is my experience with them at least.

Also what are the amounts of these collections being deleted? I have one scheduled to come off next month for $4k on an apartment lease I had to break. Think its possible to get an early deletion.
