Early removal success!

I have a Bk chapter 7 scheduled to fall on May 2019.  I decided to call Transunion 90 days before May 9th and ask for early removal.  To my surprise, the rep only asked me if I want to dispute the Bk.  I asked her to remove it earlier as a favor and she told me that they can’t do that but she asked me again if I wanted to disputed it.  I say yes without thinking much and she ended the call.  Two days later, surprise! The Bk was gone.  Score went up 50 points!

I then decided to dispute the Bk with Equifax using the CK dispute link. No luck with them.  They validate the Bk so I guess I have to wait to May for them to remove it.

I am now on the phone with Experian to do the same thing.  I read in the forum that Ex is more lenient that Eq so here I go!  I will let you know what Ex decide to do.

Update!  Ex representative just confirmed that the Bk is no longer in my  report!
