Does anyone else find it annoying that there is no way to monitor your disputes through CSC? All of my investigations have complete with EX and TU and I have no idea whats going on with the EQ report... Is there anyway around this?

I have sent several disputes to them by mail, phone, fax, and online. Them being CSC.

Well I know when I've disputed online with them they gave me a case confirmation number and a link where I could check the status of the dispute.

I find it extremely annoying.  It took 5-6 weeks before they sent me a letter.  Then they sent two of them.

 I don't know any way around it with CSC :/
