Ok so I'm sad...it appears I have dropped 15 pts from my fico pull on 110311 due to what appears to be NCA coming back as verified...mind you they changed there name on the report to International Financial services...same exact addy...(can they do that?) 2nd dv letter sent yesterday!!! Child support enforcement agency in ohio when from 120 late to pays 91-120???? but its closed???? anyway spoke with my case worker and she states she will get it corrected just send another dispute??? AAAAhhhh and americredit...unpaid repo from 08 cosigned for EX-fiance...I mean really...I kick myself in the teeth everyday I look at that. I think I'm doing the right things just was venting my frustration I guess any insight on the NCA thingy would be great info for ammo..fyi they did respond to first dv with a generic "contract" with no other info...I posted my second dv on here look under NCA if you guys wanna critique*

Well when speaking with my case working she states that she can't activily go in and do it as it goes thru the state but when a dispute comes in it hits her desk and she will correct once it gets there 
she said she couldn't change the lates and I simply asked her to delete it and she said her super said that was ok since it IS paid correctly and there is no issues??? I was like ok...so I immediately redisputed with eq and added her contact info
