Equifax dispute

I disputed some accounts on equifax and reason given were they have been released, got alert today from here that my fico for equifax has gone down 10 points and it's showing everything that I disputed that were supposedly deleted by the oc and settled on collections and charge offs, so did I royally screw myself??? Now what????

Hate to hear this but, I would go to creditkarma or a free site like this, and take a look at what might have caused this ! 

Must be something else besides your dispute, just doesn't "smell" right to me !

Likely what happened is they were older so they hadn't been updated by the CA or whoever and by disputing you forced them to update it the the CRA's you'll get the points back when they lose their sting in a year or so.
