Estimated Date To Fall Off Report Has Passed

I had two old AMEX accounts that went into collections and were later paid in full. I just checked Transunion and one says it's estimated date to fall off is 1/21, the other says 9/21. I've already got a new AMEX card and scores are 650s - 670s. Plus, these are only 2 of the 11 deragotory marks on there.

Should I worry about it or just let it fall off naturally?

Re: Estimated Date To Fall Off Report Has Passed

I'm wondering if you meant 2022. If it's for sure 2021 then I'd call AMEX and ask them to update their reporting. Both 1/21 and 9/21 have long since passed and they are required to provide a timely update status to the CRA.

I'd wait it out a couple more weeks. And I hope as said above its 2022. If its still there. Then dispute as too old. Let it go on its own.
