Estimated month and year that this item will be removed confusion

Hi Gurus,

I am bit confused with this(Estimated month and year that this item will be removed)  I got the reports from Transuinon and Experian and Equifax. Eq does not show the estimated date of removal,But TU and EX shows both of them shows different date of removal from the credit file.

I have two bank of america accounts with the same account numbers in TU & EX

TU says Estimated month and year that this item will be removed --09/2013

TU says Estimated month and year that this item will be removed --07/2013

EX says Estimated month and year that this item will be removed --06/2015

EX says Estimated month and year that this item will be removed --07/2015

I live in Albany,NY Can any one please advice me what I am suppose to do.

Thanks in advance.

It looks like TU is going by the NY statute of 5 years, and EX is going by the standard CRTP of 7 years.  The 5 years goes for paid debts only BTW.  I would contact EX and advise them that you live in NY.

Starting Score: 504
July 2013 score:
EQ FICO 819, TU08 778, EX "806 lender pull 07/26/2013
Goal Score: All Scores 760+, Newest goal 800+
Take the myFICO Fitness Challenge

Current scores after adding $81K in CLs and 2 new cars since July 2013
EQ:809 TU 777 EX 790 Now it's just garden time!

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.

I've got a few mismatches on my credit report too for the fall off date and DOFD, I'm not sure why.

And old Chase account in particular has aged off on TU and EQ (showed DOFD 01/06), but Experian shows DOFD was 05/2006...how could it be 4 months later?
