Does anyone have a good example of a Medical PFD Letter by chance , During 2004 / 2006 while I was homeless I ended up with 4 Medical collection, I've tried to talk with the CA but they refuse PFD unless I pay about ten bills 15 plus years old . I've tried to call the hospital also but the refer me back to CA , I need these off my CR it's all I have left to remove. I can't afford to pay everything the CA has from the past.
