- Negative Account: On Record till date 01/2021 (3/months baked in as we already know here)
- Requested EE today, 12/02/2020
- I called spoke with a front-line representative who stated he could handle the EE request, I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, and he transferred me to which they also confirmed EE request could be processed and the account will be removed.
- TAT: 24 - 72/hrs before I see the account removed (supervisor stated it would probably be much earlier, once I get the confirmation email)
- I had 0 issues getting to a representative; I do pay for Experian CreditWorks Premium, so I'm not sure if the number we see on the website is "special" or paid subscribers are automatically moved into a different queue.
That is outstanding. Congrats! I am also an Experian paid member. I have 5 or 6 with either 12/2020 or 1/2020 on Ex. I only called once last moth and the rep made it a point to tell me I was not worthy. I have not tried again. I would love to see them start falling off like they have on TU.
