Experian EE failure

Just got off the phone with an Experian Dispute Specialist. She said the December drop off date already includes a 3 month EE because the DOFD is 3/2010. Why can't they all be as easy as Transunion.

Yeah, I had the same thing happen when I called them last month. In my case, they said that since the CO is due to come off in January 2017, so it's not eligible for early exclusion until October (info that I had from TU said 10/2016, so they have that same 3-month window built in). There's a public record that I can apparently have removed, though, so I'll ask again when I talk to them about the other item.
