I have an account that should be falling off in 2 months that I've requested an Early Exclusion from Experian.
So, after having a lot of success requesting an EE from TransUnion Online (11 Accounts at once) so I did the same for this one account to Experian (Online).
So 3 Days later, it came back "Updated" and still remains.
So I called Experian to request an EE. Sure no problem, they say they will remove it and email me the results when done.
Two hours later, results available "Updated" and it REMAINS.
Called AGAIN, and the rep wasn't sure why it is still there, but yes you're eligible for an EE, and you should see the results within 24-72 hours...
3 Hours later, your results are available. "UPDATED!!!" Still on my reports.... I know it's only two months but come on!
When you file a dispute they contact the OC or CA and it either gets verified aka updated or removed. This happened with me, one collection agency that wouldn't let them remove the accounts from my credit report, they were updated, so I had to wait until they fell off automatically. You might try to ask for a supervisor to see if this is the case and/or can they do it for you.
But why tell me twice, yes they will delete it and then it doesn't? I was told it'll be deleted because it's eligible for an Early Exclusion.
UPDATE
Experian finally deleted it, no call or anything, they redisputed it several times until it was deleted.

Congratulatios @GoHooterGo
Awesome! I'm glad you were able to get it deleted.
Hey! I'm looking to do the transunion request. Did you just creat ean account and start a dispute? How long did it take to be removed?
IF they are eligible for EE, (usually 5 months OR less) I did mine on TransUnion and it took maybe 2 seconds to be deleted from my reports after hitting submit.

Did it! 2 second confirmed, removed, scored updated on credit monitoring.
