Also, it may take a while to find their email & contact info. On the hospital website, none of their email addresses were listed. When I called customer service to request, I was denied as they aren't allowed to give that information out .............. I took the names from the board members page & did google searches. I stumbled across a little leage baseball game for one of the members which had the hospital abrv handle for one of them on the 3rd seearch page of google. I used that to format all of the other names. I think I got a phone call the next afternoon when I was at work. I was soooo excited.
