I've searched but came up empty.
Does Experian take its sweet time deleting collections? I had 3 collections deleted by Transunion and Equifax 1-2 days after the CA put in the request to delete. Experian still shows the collection some 16 days later. What are your experiences with Experian deletes?
Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
EX is the biggest pain in the rear for me. Most of the time they don't want to do anything more than a quick e-oscar check and with me they won't let me open an investigation on something they've already verified. I've had to send them MOV's before they'll do anything.
You may want to give them a full 30 days though, since that's probably the excuse they'll give you if you call them.
I agree with above! EX is a PITA. They think they've got us all by the "bleep!" & do what they can to tick us off...like keep our FICO's from us.
I always have a fairly good outcome with EQ & TU. I keep an eye on EX, but overall....I pretend like they don't exist. I don't care what that FICO is...I just assume it's the worst...just like them.

Same here! EX takes so much longer than the other CRAs,a nd when they do something it's only updating and verifying for us. They even sent me a letter saying they were going to continue to report a paid charge-off of ours past CRTP, breaking the law - just for kicks it seems.
I'm like Mo - it's the middle score that I have my eye on for us to buy a house next year - so I keep my TU and EQ on an upward trend and have basically cut EX loose. All my remaining baddies are reporting there only, and there is a 100+ point difference between our TU and EQ scores and the EX fako. The problem is that most cc companies pull EX, but I think when we apply for new credit in the next month or so we'll go to our CU and throw ourselves on their mercy.
But, yeah, I hate EX!
Thanks for the comments, I had a feeling they were a pain to work with. I'll give it 30 days until I escalate the process.
I had same problem but when I called experian and requested them to be deleted they contacted the CA and they were deleted within 2 days
Well It's been over 30 days now and Experian has not removed anything.
I will try calling them in the morning.
Other than calling them is there anything else I can do?

Show up on their doorstep dressed like Rambo.
