I filed Ch 7 back in May 2006 and as of yesterday all but 2 accounts IIB have been deleted & those 2 will be gone next month. My question is about what people are doing to get a report from Experian these days, since they stopped using FICO's formula scoring, & is there a way to get a score that creditors use when using EX as their source for checking someone's credit?
You can still get a report from EX just not their FICO score. The only way to get an EX score is through a lender/creditor. A CU in PA uses the score and if you are a member can obtain it from them.

EXperian still uses FICO scoring. It's just that on Feb. 14th 2009 they stopped allowing that score to be sold to consumers. Only creditors can pull your EX FICO scores.

Which CU?
PSECU. But you have to be a permanant residence of Pennsylvania.
