First of all, I'd like to thank all of you guys who helped me in the past few months. Since being introduced to this site in February/March, my FICO score jumped from 588 to 622. Not sure how this happened, but I noticed that a few items fell off of my cr, and I got a loan from my cu of $500.00. I know that I have a long way to go before I hit the 700 mark, but I am more than confident that I will reach my goals before the years end. Again, THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR TIME, PATIENCE, AND HELP.
Thanks. I can finally post my score without feeling all that bad. Progression, that's what it's all about. One question though, at which point does the lenders see you as a not-so-bad borrower. I've read many things, ie:
620, 650, and even 680. Thanks for the reply.
March: TU:585,EQ:590
June: TU:606,EQ:622
Ok, after some pondering, I have to ask a simple question.
Should I apply for a CC (nscc or scc), or just let the line of credit that my cu gave me be the driving force in building my credit. Right now I'm showing that the status on my line of credit is "Paid as Agreed", which it is.
At the moment this in formation is only showing up in my TU report.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Can someone please respond. Thanks.
