I need some help with a Figi's collaction account. It showed up in 2011, and I paid it off during March of this year before I knew not to ever do such a thing. The original amount was $72. It is hurting my Experian score to the tune of 60-80 points. Does anyone have experience dealing with them? I have called and asked them to delete it as a goodwill gesture, they said no. I just sent their CEO a letter begging for a GW removal.
Is there anything else I could try? I disputed it with all three of the CRAs. TU and EQ deleted, but EX refuses after multiple attempts. I am out of ideas. Do you all have any suggestions for further action?
